Why is it that Claire is so scared to shoot Peter when he's losing it? Is it because she is just scared to shoot any loved one, or is it that he will die from it? Because I always figured that she could shoot him at the back of the head and they could just take out the bullet later to bring him back. In a related question, why did Nathan then have to sacrifice himself to save New York instead of letting Claire shoot Peter?

Have you noticed when the Heroes logo shows in the beginning of the episodes, there are 3 explosions (you can see one of them in the letter O) what does that mean?... does it mean something?

The whole idea of saving the cheerleader was so that Sylar would not get her power and be indestructible? Yet, when Matt Parkman shot him way early on in Season 1, he went down and then popped right back up as if nothing had happened. Also, when he fell off the building with Peter, he was still alive, but Peter was only alive because of his ability to regenerate.
How is Sylar surviving if he does not have Claire's regenerative ability? And at his Mom's house what power did he have that enabled him to make the water separate into snow particles and snow?

This episode reveals A LOT; yet, one thing confuses me: Future Hiro had created a timeline and discovered they needed to save the cheerleader in order for Sylar to die when he stabs him, and this happened they did save the cheerleader. Yet, in 5 years gone it shows the world was not saved. At first I thought this was the alternative ending if Claire had not been saved, but she had been, so why was the world in disarray in the 5 years gone episode. I know it is because Sylar is leading the country because Hiro had not killed Sylar, but future Hiro said he HAD stabbed Sylar, but Sylar regenerated. So why now that they saved the cheerleader, did Hiro not stab Sylar?
And why is Matt Parkman, Mohinder, and the Haitian bad guys, but HRG is a good guy? |

As we have all seen Nathan's character has evolved. At first, he was dull and a suspicious character. Ever since he helped his brother save the world in season one more people started to relate to him. In volume two we saw that he had lost his family along with the thought hat he had lost his brother too. It gave him a more human and likeable persona. When he was shot and what looks like to be killed, most viewers were shocked. We didn't want this new side of nathan to be killed off because we enjoyed seeing it. According to a recent poll on E!online survey 70.1 % of the viewers want Adrian Pasdar to come back as his role of Nathan. What's the possibility of the viewers getting what they want? Nathan

Ok, we all discovered that adam is takezo kensei. We also know that adam and Claire have basically have the same power. My theory is that Claire power upgrades to immortally. Yes, I said upgrade meaning of course she doesn’t have it yet. Cause if were still going by the five years into the future, Claire is clearly older. Now some of you will say she somewhat already has it, but think about matt and his dad. His dad started with mind reading, but then the power grew into the nightmare thing. If you still think Claire will stay her age forever, then you can explain to Claire’s kid why her mother has been 16 for 20 years.

Is it just me or is anyone else wondering when the Heroes recurring image of the solar eclipse is going to fit in? Its always there and half the time I dont even think about it, but is it just an image of darkness taking away light from the world or is it going to enter the story?
And where has Claude gone? Hiding...

Since oneof Sylar's powers is the ability to quickly analyze things and find out how they work, why hasn't Peter absorbed this power? They were in close enough proximity a couple of times where Peter should have acquired his power as well. My comment is that you'd think Peter would have come into contact with at least a few other "mutants" during his lifetime and have their powers lying dormant inside. This isn't an unreasonable assumption since he already gained five or six powers in a period of a few short weeks.

So how is that DL's clothes are able to pass through solid matter along with his body?
Marvel Comics used to explain this (for Kitty Pryde) by saying her clothes were made of 'unstable molecules.' I doubt that technology would be available to DL!

So in the "future" episode as well as others, some questions:
Why isn't Matt able to figure out that Sylar is posing as Nathan? He's never once questioned an order and wondered what's going on in "Nathan's" head? They pretty much picked the worst guy to be the President's sidekick. Why doesn't Peter stop time during his battle (either of them) with Sylar and just melt him? Why doesn't Peter travel back in time to fix the whole bomb thing? It seems like there are so many missed opportunities or outright mistakes, it's hard to not get frustrated sometimes.

When Mr. Bennett and the Haitian are abducting Nathan in the parking garage and he flies to escape, why was he not stopped by the Haitian's power negation? And if he "chose not to" why did Mr. Bennett not seem surprised or upset?
At the time as viewers we weren't aware of the Haitian's power so we didn't have reason to question the scene, but in going back over the episodes this one stuck out to me. (The first of many I'm sure).

How come Charlie didn't recognize Hiro on their "first" meeting with Ando?
He was the one who gave the Japanese language book to her when he travelled back in time.
