On the second season finale on heroes. When Elle went to grab her file i seen two Robert Bishops files. Which means either Elle has a brother or it her Grandfather

Why is it that when the show is set in central america (with Maya and Alejandro) it is in Spanish; or in Japan (with Hiro and Ando) it is Japanese; but when it is in India (with Mohinder) it is in English!!!

At the Season 1 finale, Sylar was supposedly killed, but why didn't any of the heroes notice that his body was missing and there were blood stains leading to a manhole ? Since there were police and ambulances that arrived after the incident, what did the heroes tell the police ? There was no body of sylar, so how could they have reported a killing ?
