I suppose Sylar is a rival since he killed him. Peter as a rival for Simone's affection.

POWERS

WHAT THEY MEAN

He went into a trance state and can paint/draw the future. His irises and pupils faded, with his eyes becoming a cloudy white in appearance. While in the trance, he was not in full control of his body (his power directed his painting, and he did not speak or do anything else beyond painting/drawing).

HOW HE GOT AND/OR DISCOVERED THEM

Isaac was having a showcase for his paintings when a woman came up to him and slapped him. She then pointed to one of Isaacs paintings saying "Whats that supposed to mean?!". The painting was of her being run over by a bus. She ran out of the room and Isaac folowed. He followed her onto the street where he watched he get run over by a bus, just like in the painting.

HOW HE USES THEM

Eventually, with the help of Eden, HRG, and quitting drugs cold turkey, Isaac learned to access his ability of precognitive aristry without having to be under the influence. Used paintings and comic books as a guide for Hiro, whose analysis of the 9th Wonder comic book (written by Isaac) set him on his mission to become a hero. Also, potentially has illustrated/detailed the way Sylar is meant to die (possibly at the hands of Hiro Nakamura himself).

KNOWN VULNERABILITIES

Can be nailed to his own floor, Crucifix style. Drug addict. Emotionally unstable when it came to his relationships.
