POWERS

WHAT THEY MEAN
Empathic Mimicry: Peter absorbs the powers of others and can then utilize them by thinking of them.
HOW HE GOT AND/OR DISCOVERED THEM
Precognition/Dreams - Charles Deveaux
Rapid Regeneration - Claire Bennett
Telekinesis - Sylar
Telepath - Matt Parkman
Flight - Nathan Petrelli
Invisibility - Claude Rains
Precognition/Paint the future - Isaac Mendez
Radioactivity - Ted Sprague
Superstrength - Niki Sanders
Super hearing - Sylar (By way of the Dale, yet to been seen)
Timestopping - Hiro (Used when saving his Claude on the roof)
Time Travel - Hiro (Used accidentally in season 2)
Teleportation - Hiro (Also used accidentally in season 2)
Electrical Blasts- Elle (used in Season 2)
Phasing - D.L. (During season 1's final espisode. Used in season 2)
Negation of other individuals' powers - The Haitian (Displayed by using his power when Haitian was present)
Erase Memories - The Haitian (Yet to be seen)

Since Peter absorbed Ted's powers when Ted was not actively using them, he should also have absorbed all of Sylar's other powers, as well as his Mom's, Eden's, Molly's, and Micah's powers. He just doesn't know about them yet. Unless Ted powers are always on like Claires are, AND if he did not receive phasing from D.L., but from an unknown Hero; in that case Peter might not have all of Sylar's powers or the others previously mentioned.
HOW HE USES THEM
Peter has healed, flown, maintain invisible for long periods of time, used telekinesis to throw things, drawn and painted images of the future even completing one of Issac's paintings and read Parkman's mind causing harsh feedback.

Future Peter also stopped time, teleported and has fire powers. After Nathan/Sylar pulled him through the door, he would also have DL's phasing power and Candice's illusion power.

Season two Peter is amnesiac, and has used Electrical blasts, Phasing, Healing, and Telekinesis.
KNOWN VULNERABILITIES
May have control issues; unclear if absorption is passive (i.e. no manifestation of Eden's persuasion ability)
Has vulnerabilities associated with powers he mimics, such as being impaled in back of brain stops him like it does Claire

EXTRAS

MOST MEMORABLE LINES
"All my life I've been trying to save the world one person at a time".
THINGS ABOUT HIM YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE NOTICED
What would happen if Peter is near The Haitian? He was. Would he be able to absorb The Haitian's ability to stop others' powers? We have to assume, yes. Can The Haitian stop Peter from using his powers? Evidentally not, since Peter used his powers on the roof when saving Claude, and the Haitian was present.
HIS PLACE IN THE 'HEROES' UNIVERSE
In Season 1, Peter is one of the main protagonists, along with Claire and Hiro. He believes that he is destined to do something great in the world. After rescuing Claire from Sylar's attack, he learns that he may become the nuclear bomb that destroys New York. Trying to learn how to control his abilities, he learns control from Claude and begins to prepare for the explosion. After helping to defeat Sylar, he begins to go nuclear. His brother Nathan is able to fly him to a safe distance away from the city to explode.

In Volume 2, Peter no longer has any memory of his former life in New York, thanks to the Haitian. Trying to establish a new life in Cork, Ireland, he meets Caitlin and her brother who, after a rocky start, offer him solace and sanctity with them. When Elle finds him and murders Caitlin's brother, they go on a trip to Montreal to get some answers. At Montreal, Peter and Caitlin time-travel to a future with an apocalyptic catastrophe. Peter returns to the present, but Caitlin is stuck in the future. He meets Adam Munroe, a man who helps him remember his past and set out to change the pestilence-laden future.
