My superpower: Has a wide variety of powers that he can not use himself. Instead he can provide allies with one of his abilities for a short period of time. His powers are: Super Speed, Self-Duplication, Growth, Shrinking and Water Breathing. Each power can be provided to a person for fifteen minutes.

My weapon of choice: Since he can't use any of his own powers, Quartermaster usually arms himself with two handguns.

My Kryptonite: Must work with others on a team for his power to be effective.

Mode of Transportation: Mini-van so he can bring all his friends along and give them powers.
