Ok, is it just me, or did the ending make absolutely NO sense. If Peter can heal himself, why didn't Claire just shoot him to stop the explosion? We already know that he can regenerate himself from the Five Years Gone episode, and we know he can survive a bullet because he survived the glass incident with Sylar. And why did Nathan have to die as well? They better have a good explanation in Season 2.

Thank you, I was wondering that same exact thing. That finale really sucked. Right after I saw it, I Googled heroes and "no sense" and found this page. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they will provide some explanation, as they can't be that dumb. But even if they do, the finale was still pretty boring and poorly made. Perhaps they ran out of their budget.
